The Company is seeking a Country Manager/CEO to spearhead its local business, with a focus on leading the residential portfolio and driving expansion in alignment with the ownership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, financial oversight, and property operations, including the seamless transition of new assets into the operational portfolio. This hands-on role demands a leader who can effectively build relationships with the existing team, ensure clear accountability, and translate the shareholders' strategy into practical execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operational performance of the residential portfolio, coordinating the transition of buildings into rental operations, and working closely with the CFO on financial matters. Candidates for this position should have a proven track record in real estate leadership, with experience in property management, asset management, or real estate development. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the practical challenges in managing occupied buildings, strong commercial and financial judgment, and the ability to work with international stakeholders. A collaborative leadership style, professional fluency in English, and a willingness to be based in Bulgaria or maintain a substantial presence in Sofia are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in strengthening processes and organizational capacity, as well as a background in leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior finance and operational colleagues.
