Vice President, Client Services

The Company is seeking a Client Services VP for Securities Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting foreign institutional clients investing in the local market. This includes promoting custody and related banking services, ensuring a high-quality client experience, proactively resolving issues, and driving service improvements. The role also involves guiding clients through investment approval processes and providing timely market and regulatory updates. The VP will work closely with internal custody teams and external market bodies to deliver strong client outcomes while maintaining operational and compliance standards. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, banking, finance, or a related discipline. Experience in the securities industry and/or commercial/institutional banking, with a focus on servicing foreign institutional clients, is essential. A background in custody services and/or a client-facing role is advantageous. The role requires strong written and spoken English communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a proactive approach to service and issue management. The VP will also be involved in preparing market news updates, due diligence materials, and contributing to client RFPs, as well as handling client queries on investment operations and market entry topics.
