The Company is in search of a Team Lead for Business Control and Quality Assurance with a focus on regulatory compliance within the financial industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders. This role involves the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with regional policies and local regulations, as well as performing gap analyses for new or revised internal and external policies. The Team Lead will also be instrumental in enhancing sales monitoring capabilities and fortifying control mechanisms. Ideal candidates for this position at The Company should have a university degree or above, with at least 8 years of related experience, and expertise in employee misconduct investigation. Familiarity with banking branch operations, sales processes, or control assurance techniques is essential. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of records and information. The candidate should be aggressive, positive-thinking, and task-oriented, with good skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to work under pressure, a willingness to take on challenges, and being a good team player are also key attributes for this position.
