Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the formulation and execution of the company's product strategy, with a focus on driving new business creation and scale expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing medium- to long-term product strategies, prioritizing product lines, and managing roadmaps. This role involves defining and prioritizing product requirements based on user needs, formulating specifications, and promoting development for key products. The CPO will also be tasked with measuring product effectiveness, managing KPIs, and building a cross-functional collaboration system with sales, customer success, and engineering teams. A key aspect of the position is the leadership in the generative AI/AI agent domain, and the CPO will be expected to be at the forefront of product management, continuously keeping up with and disseminating cutting-edge technologies and trends. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field, with a strong background in product management and a proven track record in planning and executing product strategies.
