Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a strong background in product management, particularly in the SaaS and web services domain. The successful candidate will be tasked with product planning, new development with a focus on AI, and the standardization of customer success operations. This role requires a deep understanding of customer challenges, the ability to define and specify product requirements, and a proven track record in leading the product development process from conception to launch. The CPO will be expected to drive the transformation of product experience through the use of AI, LLM, and generative AI, and to have practical experience with AI development support tools. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in Japanese, and have a strong interest in AI and its application in product development. Experience in the business launch or growth phase of a startup, as well as knowledge of enterprise SaaS, sales tech, RevOps, customer success, and DAP areas, are preferred qualifications.
