Head of Finance, Fintech Market Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to spearhead the establishment and leadership of the finance function in Japan. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Japan CEO to define and implement financial strategy, governance, and scalability. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong financial control and governance framework, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and developing comprehensive reporting for both local and global stakeholders. Additionally, the Head of Finance will ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements specific to the market infrastructure and intermediary business. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, with a background in financial services, particularly in areas such as capital markets, securities, brokerage, trading platforms, or fintech.
