Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for its professional association. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's strategic plan, managing financial stewardship, and overseeing marketing, communications, and external relationships. This role requires a proven ability to translate strategy into action, sound financial judgment, and the capacity to guide marketing and member engagement strategies. The Executive Director will also be the primary liaison to various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, and will be expected to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of partners. Candidates for the Executive Director position should hold an undergraduate degree and have at least 10 years' of executive leadership experience, with a background in association management, financial stewardship, and marketing or communications oversight. The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology and data to inform decision-making and will bring a fresh perspective to identifying new approaches and revenue opportunities.
