Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and management for its manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, continuous improvement activities, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of production, maintenance, quality, and distribution. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive leadership within manufacturing and plant operations, with a specialization in sous-vide. The VP of Operations will be instrumental in driving production, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity, and fostering a culture of teamwork and common goals. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include leading the manufacturing facilities to meet and exceed operational excellence standards, collaborating with the COO on the development and implementation of operational strategies, and enhancing policies and procedures to improve the company's overall effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-performing plant leadership, be adept at managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational, technical, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and proficiency in MS Office is a must. The role also demands a leader who is proactive in driving customer satisfaction, responsive to the needs of the business, and capable of aligning the organization's goals with its long-term plans.
