Associate Vice President, Senior Depositary Team Manager

The Company is seeking an experienced Senior Depositary Team Manager for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) role. This leadership position is pivotal in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment, with a focus on providing oversight across Depositary activities, ensuring high-quality client service, driving process improvements, and contributing to the strategic development of the function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing team members, meeting client, regulatory, and internal deadlines, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of Depositary obligations, proven people management capabilities, and the ability to manage risk and support regulatory initiatives are essential. As a Senior Depositary Team Manager, the role involves leading teams, managing risk, and ensuring the delivery of a consistently high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree, significant experience in the investment funds industry, and a strong understanding of UCITS, AIFMD, and Depositary regulatory requirements. Key skills include strong leadership, people management, regulatory and risk awareness, organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
