Head of Production

The Company is seeking a Head of Production to provide both operational and strategic leadership for the production and work preparation departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for process and capacity control, ensuring that production capacities are in line with global customer demand. This role also involves delivery and cost control, with a focus on the on-time manufacturing and delivery of sophisticated pressure vessels and complex assemblies, while continuously working to reduce production costs. The Head of Production will be expected to maintain quality and policy compliance, particularly in adherence to international quality and regulatory standards, and to initiate and manage continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the development and design departments. Applicants for the Head of Production position at the company should have a background in the manufacturing sector, with a basic technical training in a relevant field, supplemented by an engineering degree or specialization in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or production management. Welding expertise, particularly in stainless steel or pressure vessel construction, is essential. The role requires demonstrable leadership experience in production, a strong understanding of production planning and work preparation, and a work style that is aligned with strategic corporate goals.
