Head of Compliance & Risk, ManCo

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance and Risk for its ManCo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Compliance and AML function on a daily basis, ensuring that the control framework is in line with relevant regulations. This role involves overseeing the ManCo's risk management framework, including risk monitoring and reporting, in close collaboration with the Compliance and Portfolio Management teams. The Head of Compliance and Risk will also serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and will be a key member of the executive committee. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative funds in Luxembourg, with at least 5-7 years in Compliance and AML/Risk. The role requires a professional who is fluent in English and French and has a strong background in regulatory monitoring, AML/KYC controls, and compliance monitoring plans. The Head of Compliance and Risk will be expected to drive compliance and risk reporting to the Board of Managers and ensure that all activities are in line with the company's policies and procedures.
