Deputy Head of HR

The Company is seeking a Deputy Head of HR to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic second-in-command to the Head of HR, with a clear pathway to a senior leadership role. This pivotal position involves partnering with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The role also includes leading HR transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as collaborating with HR shared services and centers of excellence to enhance service delivery and employee experience. To excel in this role, candidates must have a proven track record in HR leadership within a manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leadership teams are essential. Experience in driving HR transformation, process improvement, or shared services initiatives, along with a strong commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives, is required. Exposure to talent management, succession planning, and multi-site workforce environments is also a key requirement for this position.
