Vice President of Quality

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to provide strategic leadership for quality systems and performance across its multi-site metals manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent quality standards, process control, product consistency, and customer satisfaction. This executive will also be tasked with strengthening the manufacturing quality through standardized process controls, performance metrics, and disciplined corrective action, as well as serving as a senior quality leader for key customers. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 15 years of progressive quality assurance or quality engineering leadership experience in metals or heavy industrial manufacturing. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in quality management, including the ability to partner with operations and technical leadership to improve first-pass yield, reduce nonconformances and customer claims, and address systemic manufacturing issues. A Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building organizational capability, developing quality leaders, and establishing clear succession plans and performance expectations.
