Head of Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Development to expand its renewable energy development activities in Poland and build the capabilities and partnerships needed for sustainable growth. The role leads the onshore wind project pipeline from origination through permitting and grid connection to construction readiness. Responsibilities include assessing acquisition opportunities, managing the development portfolio, allocating capital, and mitigating risk to achieve strong commercial outcomes. The Head of Development will also represent the organization and build effective relationships with public authorities, regulators, landowners, and industry partners. Candidates should have a strong record of developing onshore wind projects in Poland and bringing them to Ready-to-Build status. They need comprehensive knowledge of Polish renewable energy development, permitting, and grid connection frameworks, along with experience leading high-performing teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Strong commercial, financial, and strategic evaluation skills, sound judgment, and decision-making are essential. An extensive professional network and the credibility to influence stakeholders across the Polish renewable energy sector are also required.
