About the Role
Greater San Jose, CA Area (On-site)
• Build and grow a new software & services business team (service management, content development, recruitment, design, and copywrite) with an initial focus on training and coaching gamers, streamers, and PC builders • Manage “lifecycle services” such as advanced warranties for consumers and ensure high-level of customer satisfaction • Develop and lead implementation of measurement frameworks, reporting visualizations, and viewership forecasting to track performance and iterate on offerings to maximize customer engagement • Plan and execute strategic expansion via combination of partnerships and organic opportunities (i.e., commercialize existing capabilities) • Partner with D2C, eCommerce, New Ventures, and Loyalty program teams to ideate and deliver optimal plans
