About the Role
Locations:
Greater Honolulu, HI Area (On-site - Headquarter location)
Functions:
- Medical Care/Hospital Administration
Known Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in health services, with majority of time spent in executive leadership role required
- 5+ years experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare programs required
- 3+ years experience in managed care and/or care management required
- Prior experience of Utilization Management & Care Coordination preferred
- Pior clinical program development & implementation experience preferred
- Prior experience of managing & overseeing health services operations preferred
- Prior experience of leading teams focusing on quality preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work or a related field required
- Nurse (RN, APRN, NP), Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or related licensed clinician required
- Health Care License (RN, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Prior knowledge of State & Federal policy preferred
