Vice President of Business Development

The Company is seeking a VP/AVP for Business Development with a focus on corporate acquisition for Employee Salary Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting a competitive proposition to key decision-makers of corporates, with the aim of identifying and onboarding quality corporate clients. This role requires a professional with a strong proven record in corporate acquisition, the ability to network and build rapport with key influencers, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams. The candidate should be adept at growing market share within existing corporate accounts, implementing marketing events, and ensuring the quality of acquired corporates meets the required guidelines.
