Head of People & Culture

The Company is seeking a Head of People and Culture to join their team. This pivotal role involves leading a global team with a focus on modernizing HR processes, driving strategic projects, and ensuring a people-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters, from employee relations to organizational development, and will be the trusted advisor to the Board and Executive on all people-related issues. Collaboration with the P&C team and other departments is essential for the delivery of key projects, including those related to remuneration, organizational design, and shared services. The role also requires the identification and management of HR-related risks, compliance, and regulatory changes, as well as the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate for this role at The Company will have a background in Automotive, Technology, or Engineering sectors, with a strong knowledge of remuneration and reward, and organizational development and design. They should possess both operational and strategic HR experience, excellent consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Expert knowledge of Australian employment law is a must. The Head of People and Culture will also be expected to drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model, and the candidate should be prepared to be in the office for a significant portion of the workweek.
