Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Platform Chief Financial Officer to join their Executive Management team. The CFO will play a strategic role in the overall management of the platform, with oversight of financial activities for the business segments. This includes leading the evaluation of short and long-term financial objectives, ensuring the credibility of the finance group through accurate analysis, and providing executive management with guidance on the financial implications of business activities. The role also involves leading financial meetings, maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, and mentoring the finance organization. Candidates for the Platform Chief Financial Officer position should have a BS in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial leadership, particularly in the global manufacturing sector, is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and exceptional communication skills. Strong analytical abilities, advanced computer skills, and experience with financial systems and tools are also necessary. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations, as well as driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
