Associate Vice President, IPO

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for its IPO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the vetting of IPO applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the development of the capital markets. This role involves a high level of interaction with sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to clarify issues and ensure the timely processing of applications. The AVP will also be involved in policy development, mentoring junior team members, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, with professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or legal certification being highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in corporate finance, IPO execution, audit, or regulatory compliance is required. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining the integrity and development of the capital markets.
