Associate Vice President, Transfer Agency and Fund and Securities Services

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Transfer Agency and Fund and Securities Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a variety of investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches. This role involves reviewing and approving client correspondence, performing KYC/AML checks, and ensuring that all account documentation is in compliance with regulatory standards. The AVP will also serve as the primary contact for investment managers, investors, and internal stakeholders, and will be involved in maintaining and updating investor records, preparing and distributing various reports, and reconciling financial data. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with 8-10 years of experience in transfer agency, fund services, or investor services within a financial institution. A strong understanding of FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC regulations is essential. The role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, as well as experience in participating in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
