Chief Product Architect (CPA)

The Company is in search of a Chief Product Architect to play a pivotal role in the design and architecture of mission-critical communication solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical direction of a portfolio of products, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, and reliable. This influential position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust technical architectures, driving innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies, and providing technical leadership to mentor engineering teams. The Chief Product Architect will also be tasked with owning the full product lifecycle, from concept to volume manufacture, and engaging with stakeholders to align technical strategies with long-term business objectives. Applicants for the Chief Product Architect role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or architectural capacity, preferably within the communications industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical background, including proficiency in designing high-availability, mechanically robust products for volume manufacture, and a deep understanding of various communication technologies such as 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NTN. Experience with networking and real-time protocols, as well as a range of technical skills from RF engineering to programming in Java, Python, and C++, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving innovation. A degree in engineering or a related field is required, with a preference for those with a background in the mission-critical communications sector and experience in integrating AI/ML into communication platforms.
