The Company is in search of a Head of Development and Digital Portfolio to spearhead the enhancement of its digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital product portfolio, development capability, and technology integrations to improve member experience and operational efficiency. This pivotal role demands a professional with a strong background in digital product management, development leadership, and a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of digital products. The Head of Development will be at the forefront of defining and maintaining the digital product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with business strategy, and overseeing the commercial effectiveness of the digital portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Head of Development include digital product portfolio leadership, SaaS vendor and platform management, development and technical leadership, and a focus on digital and member experience. The role requires a candidate with significant experience in digital product management, a strong technical understanding of modern web technologies, and a background in overseeing integrations across multiple SaaS platforms.
