Head of Technical Department

The Company is seeking a Head of the Technical Department to oversee a diverse team of technical professionals, including engineers, design engineers, and documentation specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of technical documentation for production, as well as actively participating in sales tender processes by preparing technical offers, conducting feasibility assessments, and providing technical consulting to both clients and the sales department. This role also involves ensuring the technical team is supported in creating documentation, monitoring compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Head of the Technical Department position at the company should have a higher technical education, with a preference for a background in electrical, electrotechnics, or automation. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing company within the electrical sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, is required. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of tendering processes, experience in creating technical documentation, and a proven track record of comprehensive analysis of client technical documentation. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as is a focus on quality, timeliness, and a strong goal orientation. Proficiency in the Windows and Office environment, as well as engineering design support CAD 3D and specialized software for electrical engineering, is necessary, along with fluent English language skills.
