Global Vice President, Operations

The Company is seeking a Global Vice President, Operations to oversee production, quality, and the supply chain. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and will play a key role in supporting the growth of customers while effectively scaling new business and technologies. Essential duties include providing leadership in safety, quality, production, and manufacturing engineering, leading the company's Lean journey, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and providing hands-on development for the operations team. The role also involves maintaining a culture of metrics-based accountability and continuously implementing innovative manufacturing process improvements. Applicants for the Global Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 25 years' progressive manufacturing experience, with a strong background in quality and supply chain roles, and at least 10 years at the VP level. Experience in an automotive OEM environment is essential, as is a proven track record in implementing Lean manufacturing and leading Lean transformations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a global, multi-site manufacturing operation and possess a balanced strategic view with strong leadership skills. The role requires a leader who can facilitate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
