Head of Internal Control

The Company is in search of a Head of Internal Control to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of robust internal control policies and procedures specific to corporate banking operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards, as well as leading initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks. The Head of Internal Control will also be tasked with partnering with senior management to foster a strong control culture and enhance process efficiency, managing internal audits, and providing strategic guidance on risk and control matters to support business growth. Applicants for the Head of Internal Control position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in internal control, risk management, or audit within corporate banking or related financial services. A strong understanding of the local regulatory environment and international banking standards is essential. The role requires strong project management, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
