The Company is seeking an SVP for Investor Relations and Capital Markets with a strong background in equity story and capital markets positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of global institutional investors, including long-only funds, technology funds, growth funds, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds. This role involves developing a structured investor targeting strategy, as well as planning and executing various capital markets events such as roadshows, meetings, and conferences. The ideal candidate will have 10-18 years' of relevant capital markets experience, with a preference for those who have worked with Nasdaq-listed companies or in the technology and industrial technology sectors. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a combination of capital markets credibility, equity story development, and strong financial and valuation capabilities. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated investors, analysts, and investment banks, and to distill complex business portfolios into a compelling investment narrative. Existing relationships within the U.S. institutional investor community are highly valued, particularly in major financial centers. The candidate must also demonstrate executive presence and the ability to engage with a range of senior stakeholders, including Chairmen, CEOs, and investment professionals. A background in investment banking, equity capital markets, or a senior role in investor relations at a U.S.-listed technology or industrial technology company is essential, with a focus on those who have experienced significant growth or valuation transformation.
