Vice President, Business Performance Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Performance to lead performance management for its private banking business and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include developing business plans, scorecards, KPIs, and targets; leading regular performance reviews; and providing senior leaders with forward-looking insights. The role also oversees executive dashboards and management information, identifies performance gaps, and drives improvements in sales productivity and customer experience. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure performance activities meet applicable governance, risk, and control requirements. Candidates should have at least 12 years of relevant experience in banking, business performance, strategy, finance, sales management, or business management, including exposure to senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of private banking or wealth management business models, client segments, products, and performance drivers is required. Applicants should bring experience in performance governance, planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making, along with commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial and non-financial indicators. Proven leadership, influencing, and relationship-management skills are essential; an MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
