The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Cluster PMO. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading portfolio governance and strategic delivery across the Cluster, ensuring that all entity portfolios, major programs, and critical business priorities are in line with Cluster objectives. This role is pivotal in providing the Cluster leadership with a comprehensive view of portfolio performance, risks, and delivery confidence, and in driving consistent governance and accountability for execution. The VP will also be responsible for strengthening PMO capability, standards, and continuous improvement in portfolio discipline. Candidates for the Vice President – Cluster PMO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree or MBA. A minimum of 15 years' experience in program and portfolio management, PMO, strategy execution, or transformation is required, with a strong background in a highly regulated or program-intensive sector. The role demands a leader with a recognized project or program management certification and significant senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving cross-entity and strategic program alignment, as well as in enhancing PMO capability and effectiveness.
