The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO for its UAE operations. The successful candidate will be a key partner in translating strategic and business priorities into actionable plans, and will be responsible for the disciplined execution of these plans. This role is pivotal in a fast-scaling, sovereign-sensitive environment, and the Chief of Staff will be at the forefront of strategy, operations, stakeholder management, and executive communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include running the operating rhythm for the UAE team, leading special projects, preparing briefing materials, and acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time and external engagements. The role also involves supporting engagement with UAE government entities, sovereign customers, and strategic partners, and driving operational improvements across the UAE office. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in cross-functional program management and executive-level communication. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, a proven track record of working with senior government or sovereign wealth stakeholders, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and discretion. Nice-to-have qualifications include Arabic language proficiency, experience in the space, satellite, or aerospace and defense sector, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mindset, sound judgment, and composure in politically and commercially sensitive contexts, and be comfortable with ambiguity and energized by process development.
