Vice President of Product, Custody & Fund Administration Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a senior product leader to guide its custody and fund administration business across the MENA region. The role includes setting product strategy and investment priorities with regional stakeholders, defining product standards, and working with delivery teams to establish a consistent operating model. The successful candidate will engage with clients, shape solutions and product enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic innovation and commercial growth. They will also provide day-to-day subject matter expertise, represent the business with clients, and manage product performance and profitability. Candidates should bring 10 or more years of securities services experience, including prior product management, product development, or operations leadership in a product organization. Deep expertise in global and direct custody, fund administration, performance management, and related foreign exchange and cash services is required, along with strong knowledge of market infrastructures and experience leading complex change. The role also calls for experience translating complex client requirements into product capabilities, familiarity with industry integration tools, and working knowledge of data visualization. Experience in technology or operations and consultative work with institutional investors are valuable, as are strong collaboration skills across complex organizations.
