The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the total operation of its Bethlehem branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for membership, marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, and community relations. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that all activities are in line with the policies established by the Board of Directors and the Branch Board of Managers. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering collaborations with community agencies and must have the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a BA/BS in a related field, or equivalent experience, with a preference for at least 8 years in a leadership role, ideally within a nonprofit setting. The role demands a professional with the ability to direct total operations, including volunteer and staff supervision, budget development, and program management. Experience in volunteer involvement and the ability to recruit top community leaders are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent human relation, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations. Certification as a Multi-Team or Branch Leader is also preferred.
