The Company is seeking a Housing Executive Director to lead its senior housing communities with a focus on operational excellence, resident well-being, and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing teams, enhancing resident living and well-being, managing operations and compliance, overseeing financial and resource management, and driving communication and community engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance quality care, operational success, and financial sustainability to ensure that the communities remain trusted and vibrant places for residents to call home. As the Housing Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Key responsibilities include overseeing hiring, training, and performance management of staff, maintaining effective scheduling systems, and ensuring that the community meets all state and federal regulations. The role also involves working closely with the Director of Clinical Care to support residents' independence, dignity, and holistic wellness, as well as managing budgets, optimizing staffing, and driving efficiencies to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, LALD licensure, and at least 3 years of leadership experience in senior housing, assisted living, or long-term care.
