Vice President, Group Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Group FP&A Vice President to join its finance department. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, taking ownership of the commercial real estate challenges faced by the company's clients. This role is pivotal in delivering financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the group. Key responsibilities include owning the strategic financial and risk ecosystem, building and monitoring growth strategies, business plans, budgets, and financials for the group, and turning strategy into financial targets and execution plans. The role also involves supporting corporate finance and transformation initiatives and acting as a trusted FP&A partner to leadership and external stakeholder groups. Applicants for the Group FP&A Vice President position at the company should have a degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with ACCA and/or CFA preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in consulting and/or corporate finance is required, with a background in real estate being a plus. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ERP and planning tools, and a solid understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a multi-entity group. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. The role demands a candidate with a strong command of the Greek and English languages and the ability to handle complex groups of stakeholders in a finance context.
