The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Mobile Networks to lead the strategy, market positioning, and growth of its mobile network business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for the mobile network services portfolio, with a focus on AI-driven network engineering, deployment, optimization, and modernization. This role involves shaping service offerings, identifying and driving emerging opportunities in advanced technologies such as Agentic AI, Digital Twins, Open RAN, and cloud-native networks, and establishing the company as a trusted advisor and thought leader in AI-native network transformation. The CTO will also serve as the executive technology leader, engaging with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums, and will be expected to build and maintain strategic relationships across the telecommunications ecosystem. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in telecommunications, networking, infrastructure technology, or related industries, with deep expertise in wireless and/or wireline network architecture, engineering, deployment, and optimization. The role requires a strong understanding of RAN, Open RAN, broadband access, transport networks, and large-scale network infrastructure, as well as proven experience in applying AI and machine learning to network-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading large-scale network transformation and engineering services, developing and scaling services-led businesses, and engaging with senior technical leaders in the industry. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The CTO should possess exceptional communication, executive presence, and thought leadership skills, and be capable of influencing industry initiatives and representing the company at various forums.
