Vice President of Construction

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to spearhead and expand its nationwide fiber construction operations. The successful candidate will be a senior leader in telecom infrastructure with a strong background in building and scaling high-performing construction organizations. Key responsibilities for this role include leading large-scale, multi-market fiber deployments, P&L ownership with a focus on margins and profitability, and managing contractor, subcontractor, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FTTH, aerial, and underground fiber construction, as well as experience in permitting, utility coordination, safety, and QA/QC. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in telecom or fiber construction, with a demonstrated ability to scale operations significantly. National or multi-market construction leadership experience is essential, and a background in hyperscaler deployments, data center connectivity, federal broadband programs, or electric utility construction is a plus. The role also requires a strong focus on developing high-performing field leadership teams and a deep understanding of the industry to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
