The Company is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of capabilities within its equity administration platform. This role is pivotal in the development and support of features that are essential for stock plan administrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining the product roadmap, writing clear user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of its users. Key responsibilities include triaging and resolving production issues, understanding backend processes, and supporting client-facing activities such as demos and RFP responses. The role demands a professional with a strong background in equity compensation, a deep understanding of various plan types, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in equity compensation, with a focus on US equity administration. A working knowledge of different equity plan types and their associated mechanics is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data structures, have the ability to read and write SQL, and possess strong written communication skills.
