Chief Technology & Product Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its Product and Technology team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's AI transformation, with a focus on building new financial and technology products to empower commercial subcontractors. This role is pivotal in owning the technology and product strategy, including platform architecture, and making hands-on engineering and architecture decisions. The CTO will also be responsible for executive leadership, setting the technology and product roadmap, and ensuring the team delivers products that meet the needs of customers and the business. Key responsibilities for the CTO include AI leadership, tracking emerging AI models and practices, and integrating them into the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fintech, particularly in commercial credit, payments, working capital, or embedded finance, and be deeply experienced in AI and its application in a business context. They should be hands-on, with the ability to write and review code, and have a proven track record of leading high-output engineering and product teams. The role also involves team leadership, including recruitment, mentoring, and development, as well as a strong focus on security, compliance, and data management. The CTO at the company will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall business strategy and reporting on technology matters. They should be comfortable in front of customers and partners, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business opportunities. Experience in Salesforce platform and a background in B2B SMB or payments-platform is a plus.
