Executive Director, CCRC Campus Greater Austin, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, complex senior living campus with multiple care settings. The role oversees resident and family engagement, associate relations, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, while developing and executing business and budget plans. Responsibilities include leading and developing department managers, maintaining appropriate staffing and quality care, improving resident satisfaction and occupancy, and partnering with sales and clinical leaders. The Executive Director also oversees property maintenance, community relationships, and adherence to applicable policies and regulations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of operational leadership experience; a master’s degree is preferred, and additional experience may substitute for education. A valid administrator or nursing home administrator license is required where applicable, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use. The role calls for strong financial and analytical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to lead multiple functions, delegate effectively, and drive results. Familiarity with office software is preferred.
