Chief of Staff, Product & Innovation

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Product & Innovation, to partner with senior product and innovation leaders across product, engineering, design, and AI. The role will shape strategic priorities, strengthen decision-making, and translate strategy into measurable progress. Responsibilities include preparing clear options and recommendations, keeping leadership reviews focused on decisions and commitments, and surfacing or resolving risks and dependencies. The Chief of Staff will also represent executive intent in selected meetings, lead strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, and prepare concise leadership and board communications. Candidates should have experience delivering results alongside senior leaders in a software or technology business, through product, business operations, strategy and operations, or a Chief of Staff role. Hands-on experience taking complex, ambiguous work through execution is essential, along with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Strong communication, relationship-building, ownership, and constructive accountability skills are required. Product and AI fluency, including the ability to connect technical decisions to customer and business outcomes, is also important.
