Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead enterprise-wide operational strategy and execution across production, systems integration, quality, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment. The role will set multi-year operating plans, oversee production and capacity planning, strengthen supplier performance, and own the operations P&L. The executive will lead multi-site expansion, establish performance measures and operating rhythms, and advance safety, quality, and continuous improvement. They will also build and develop a senior operations leadership team and partner across functions to meet customer commitments and support organizational growth. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, with engineering, operations, or business management preferred, and at least 15 years of operations leadership experience, including five or more years at the vice president level or above. Required qualifications include experience scaling operations in a high-growth technology or manufacturing environment, full P&L ownership, multi-site leadership, and strong knowledge of production planning, quality, inventory, and supply chain logistics. A record of improving margins and operational efficiency, managing supplier relationships, and communicating with executive teams and boards is essential. An MBA or advanced degree and experience with systems integration, facility launches, operational audits, or acquisition integration are preferred.
