Vice President, Capital Markets

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Capital Markets to lead the sourcing and securing of capital for its real estate investments. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and managing relationships with lenders, structuring and negotiating debt for both development and acquisition projects, and overseeing the transaction closing process. This role is pivotal in projecting the capital strength of investments and will contribute significantly to the company's growth strategy. The VP will also be responsible for ensuring capital compliance, leading internal capital processes, and may be involved in the review and approval of construction draws. Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Markets position at the company should have a strong background in commercial real estate, with a focus on the principal side of the business. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA and/or MBA. The role demands a professional with at least 10 years' of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, who is adept at sourcing, negotiating, and closing debt for real estate investments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing investor and lender relationships, as well as in the review and negotiation of various financial documents.
