Associate Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to help lead community operations and foster an engaging environment for residents and staff. Working alongside the Executive Director, this role supports day-to-day business operations, service quality, resident satisfaction, staff engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Responsibilities span hospitality, health services, dining, programming, sales, maintenance, and business operations. The Associate Executive Director also supervises department leaders and supports hiring, training, work planning, performance evaluation, and the resolution of workplace concerns. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with one to three years of management experience in a similar setting. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, as is the ability to lead teams, make independent decisions, prioritize competing tasks, and solve problems at both strategic and operational levels. Applicants should be proficient with office software, internet tools, and relevant business systems, and meet applicable licensing requirements. Effective communication in English is essential.
