The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Equipment Finance Structuring team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing equipment finance lease and loan transactions. This role demands a high level of in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to secure the company's balance sheet commitment and support distribution risk decisions. Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing junior talent, demonstrating in-depth analysis to balance client needs with risk appetite, and negotiating legal documents. The VP will also be expected to comply with risk policies and procedures and work closely with various internal partners to ensure seamless execution. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a BA/BS degree, with a preference for those holding an MBA with a finance focus. A minimum of 11-15 years of related work experience is required, along with solid subject matter expertise in industry drivers, product positioning, structuring, and risk mitigation. The role demands a professional with a proven ability to collaborate across functional areas, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in capital markets or other product structuring/underwriting experience and must be adept at identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and mitigating transaction risk. The VP is also expected to demonstrate the company's culture and values in all aspects of their work.
