The Company is seeking an Equipment Finance Structuring VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, underwriting, and closing equipment finance lease and loan transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of both quantitative and qualitative analysis to secure the company's balance sheet commitment and support distribution risk decisions. Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing junior talent, demonstrating strong analytical skills, negotiating legal documents, and ensuring compliance with risk policies and procedures. The VP will also be expected to work closely with various internal partners to ensure seamless execution and to embody the company's culture and values. Applicants for the Equipment Finance Structuring VP position at the company should have a BA/BS degree and 7-11 years of related work experience, with a preference for those holding an MBA with a finance focus. The role demands strong technical skills, particularly in financial analysis and modeling, as well as the ability to distill complex data into relevant issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering teamwork, trust, and accountability, and the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
