Head of Commercial FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business performance analysis, financial planning, and outlook projections for the consumer business in Thailand. This role involves developing high-quality business plans, forecasts, and strategic business plans that align with the company's objectives. The Head of Commercial FP&A will also be a key partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Additionally, the role includes establishing and improving analytical tools, reporting processes, and ways of working to enhance performance management across various market segments. Applicants for the Head of Commercial FP&A position at the company should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university, with a minimum of 7 years' of relevant work experience in finance, preferably with FMCG exposure. The role requires a candidate with a solid background in budget planning, forecast processes, and variance analysis, as well as experience in business case and project analysis. A business partnering mindset, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and strong communication and people skills are essential. The Head of Commercial FP&A will also be expected to have a proven track record of leading and managing a team, with a focus on coaching and career development.
