The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the people strategy, organizational culture, and HR operations in Spain. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with global business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to country management, and leading a team of HR professionals to execute cultural and operational transformation. This high-impact role requires a leader with a solid track record in talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and labor law, particularly in the Spanish market. The CHRO will also be responsible for driving diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives, as well as managing HR operations, analytics, and team leadership. Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, including significant senior leadership experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background as a CHRO, HR Director, or VP HR in an international and matrix organization, and must be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English. Key competencies include transformational experience, strategic thinking, and excellence in execution. The role demands a leader with strong skills in relationship management, particularly in stakeholder management, and a proven ability to influence and guide the organization through change.
