The role also involves providing customer support and advice on payroll, hiring, and social security matters, as well as handling payroll reconciliations, verifications, and the preparation of labor reports for clients. Applicants for the Head of Payroll Department position at the company should have a strong background in payroll management, with experience in handling complex labor procedures such as collective dismissals and temporary layoffs. The role requires coordination with the labor and/or tax/accounting team to ensure comprehensive client management.
