The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Medical Affairs in the GC region. The successful candidate will be a key player in fostering both internal and external collaboration to generate and disseminate evidence-based clinical practices, with the ultimate goal of impacting patient lives and advancing the quality of care. This role requires a professional with a Master's degree or equivalent experience, a demonstrated track record in people management, and a strong scientific background. A background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred, along with an M.D. or Ph.D. and experience in a related field. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for setting and influencing the medical affairs strategy, leading a team to accomplish objectives, and ensuring the development of a robust talent pool. The role involves direct medical affairs activities, strategic planning, and acting as a technical subject matter expert on complex medical affairs challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management, project leadership, and a deep understanding of cardiovascular diseases and therapies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with all organizational levels and influence change. The role demands a dedicated professional with a proactive approach to client service, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
