The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead high-impact workstreams across complex, cross-functional programs. Responsibilities include driving process transformation and operational improvements, translating ambiguous data and business processes into actionable recommendations, and defining program objectives, requirements, plans, and controls. The role partners with business and technology teams to shape target operating models and support solution design, implementation, and testing. It also involves leading stakeholders in a global matrix environment, reviewing deliverables, communicating progress and recommendations to senior leaders, and coaching junior team members. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in management consulting and financial services, including a track record of delivering complex, end-to-end programs using structured methodologies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree may be relevant, and PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Applicants should bring expertise in operating model and process transformation, business requirements, analytical problem-solving, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery, along with experience partnering with technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and stakeholder leadership abilities, and familiarity with digitalization and emerging technologies such as AI are also required.
